Asitwas - OO Gauge 3 Rail

Asitwas is a Hornby Dublo 3-rail layout. The layout is owned by the club, however relies on the good will of a member to supply locomotives and rolling stock.

It is an end to end layout based on a large engine shed with coaling and diesel refuelling facilities. It is normally run as BR steam/diesel era.

Era BR 1950~60 Steam with a few early Green Diesels

Rolling Stock and Locomotives are Hornby Dublo with some Wrenn conversions to three rail running.

The layout is 7' by 2' with a 5’ area for display and a 2’ enclosed end to allow locomotives to enter a tunnel to run onto a main line and bring other locomotives into the depot.

It is dc controlled
